Congratulations to Oscar Dowson, a student at Katikati College from 2005-2010.

The topic of Oscar's thesis was "Applying Stochastic Optimisation to the New Zealand Dairy Industry".  In the forward he acknowledges Maths Head of Faculty, Rebecca Astwood, who "deserves a very special thank you for inadvertently setting me off on this journey a little over ten years ago".
