Gad Tata was selected for the Kotahitanga U15s which participated in the NZ Maori Rugby League Rangatahi tournament in Rotorua . His team made it to semi finals but lost in overtime with the difference of a kick. They were disappointed to not make the final but the tournament was a good experience.
