We had our first Senior Pasifika Parent Meeting (Po Talanoa) on Wednesday 1 March. Our parents and students got a visit from the NCEA Ma Le Pasifika team. NCEA Ma Le Pasifika has a focus on teaching Pasifika communities about NCEA and the educational opportunities available for Pasifika students and their families. It was great to see our parents ask questions and engage in meaningful conversations about the learning of their children. These meetings are a great way to build connections with our Pasifika families and community.
