Katikati College would like to invite any parents/caregivers to a presentation being offered by Clinical Psychologist Tanzi Bennison.
She will cover:
- What anxiety is
- What is happening in the brain and body
- How we respond to anxiety....Flight...fight...freeze
- How anxiety has its positives!
- What is helpful, and what is not
