Congratulations to our excellent Indoor Bowlers who have had two terrific tournaments in past weeks.

Firstly competing at the BOP Secondary School Champs, 14 year old Joshua McClean came 6th in Division I up against many older and more experienced bowlers. 

Rose Rayner, who is still relatively inexperienced, played a storming singles competition to take out 3rd place in Division I Girls. 

Joshua and Rose then combined in the afternoon to smash the competition in the Mixed Pairs and win Gold! 

In the July holidays they competed in the NISS Indoor Bowls Champs held at the Mount Indoor Centre. Joshua really stepped up in this tournament coming fourth behind 3 boys who all play at the highest level.
