There are a number of great opportunities to experience what studying Science is like at several New Zealand universities over the 2018/19 summer holidays.

1. Canterbury University has a camp for this year’s Year 11s from December 2 - 7. Visit https://www.canterbury.ac.nz/science/outreach/summer-camp/
2. There is also one for Year 12 students, (Nanocamp), at Canterbury or Massey from the January 13 - 18 and one especially for Maori or Pasifika students, (Discovery Camp). http://macdiarmid.ac.nz. Scroll to the bottom of the webpage.
3. Otago University have a whole range of projects in Science, Humanities and Business in the week of January 13 - 18 for this year’s Year 11s or 12s https://www.otago.ac.nz/hands-on-at-otago/index.html
4. Auckland University have a two week camp for this year’s Year 12s from January 12 - 26. See Mr Kindley for the brochure and application forms for this camp.
