A Message About Student Safety and Site Security

At Katikati Primary, the safety and wellbeing of our tamariki remain our highest priority. To support a safe and secure learning environment, we will be keeping the school gates locked throughout the school day.

This ensures that:

• 🚪 Only authorised visitors can access the school grounds via the main office

• 🧒 Children remain safely within the school boundaries throughout the day

• 👀 Staff can better monitor who is entering and exiting the our school

We understand that this may be a shift from previous routines, but we appreciate your support in helping us maintain a safe and focused environment for all students. If you need to collect your child during school hours, please come to the office and we’ll be happy to assist.
