Welcome back to the 2025 school year!
I hope you all had a fantastic summer break. It is so inspiring to see our tamariki so happy and excited to be back at school.
For our fabulous newbies, welcome, we are thrilled to have you with us! We have all had a wonderful first week back, catching up with old friends and making new friendships. I know this is the start of another brilliant year at Katikati Primary!

New Entrants
On Friday the 14th of February we welcomed 11 children to our first open morning visit of the year. They got to meet their new teacher, visit their classroom and play with a huge variety of toys and games. We look forward to them joining us at Katikati Primary once they have completed their three (3) visits.

We like to keep in regular communication with our families. If you wish to make an appointment with your child’s teacher, you will find a list of staff email addresses on our school website.
Our school newsletter is emailed to all families every second Wednesday which you can read in 33 different languages.
