WBOP NORTH RIP RUGBY TOURNAMENT

From trials held here at school last term we selected a Year 3/4 and a Year 5/6 team to attend the above tournament.  Our teams head off tomorrow (Thursday 24th) to Fergusson Park, Matua. A huge thanks to Amy Willoughby (Year 3/4) and Merv Ormsby (Year 5/6) for your time in preparation for this event and also attending on the day.  We hope you have a fantastic day and look forward to hearing how the day went.

 

BASKETBALL SESSIONS

Last week we had Chelseah in school running class basketball sessions over 2 days for our Years 3-6 children.  Chelseah is the Senior Development Officer from the Tauranga City Basketball Association.  These sessions were awesome and we had great feedback from both the teachers and children.   The children had the opportunity to learn some skills and have a go at a sport that many had never tried before. Chelseah was a fantastic facilitator, she engaged well with the children and a lot of fun was had by all.    We look forward to having her back on Wed 6th November to run sessions for our Year 0-2 children.

RIP & RIPPA RUGBY KATIKATI MODULES

This tournament starts Thursday 7th November.  Games from 4pm at Moore Park, Katikati.

Team info will be out shortly to those registered.  Teams are full and registrations are closed.

KCC Junior Cricket

Young cricketers - girls and boys needed for Year 3/4 and Year 5/6 cricket teams.

KATIKATI COLLEGE ATHLETICS

Date: Tuesdays starting 22nd October 2024 until 3 December 2024

Location: Katikati College Back Field

Primary age: 3.30pm - 4.30pm

Intermediate & College age: 4.30pm onwards

Cost: $20 per term

Primary students must be supervised at all times by parent or caregiver.
