It’s hard to believe we’re already in Week Four of Term 4! Walking through the school, I am truly inspired by the incredible teaching and learning happening in every classroom. Each learning moment counts, and our students are focused and engaged—it’s fantastic to see the joy of learning alive in every corner of Katikati Primary.
We hope you enjoyed the launch of our new-look newsletter for Term Four. Katikati Primary is proud of its rich cultural diversity, with many cultures and languages represented throughout our school. In celebration of this, we are thrilled to offer our newsletter in 33 different languages. We hope you enjoy this opportunity to stay connected with us in the language of your choice.
Attitude – Our Value of Focus: This term, we’re focusing on the value of Attitude. A positive attitude is key to every aspect of learning and growing, and we encourage our students to bring their best each day.
Here are some upcoming events and reminders:
• Mufti Day – Tuesday, 7th November: Tomorrow is Mufti Day! We look forward to seeing all the children dressed in their favorite clothes. Don’t forget your gold coin donation!
• Ready for Learning Open Mornings – Friday, 8th and 15th November: Come along to Rooms 1 and 2 for our open mornings. It’s a wonderful chance to see your children in their learning environment.
• Year 6 College Transition Visit – Wednesday, 13th November: Our Year 6 students will visit their future college as part of their transition program. We wish them an exciting day exploring what lies ahead!
• Athletics Events: Check the school calendar for details on upcoming athletics events and join us in supporting our budding athletes.
