As we approach the end of another fantastic school year, we are thrilled to celebrate a series of wonderful milestones and achievements with our students.
Kia ora Katikati Primary Whānau,
From the joyous Athletics Day to the much-anticipated Year 6 Graduation, these events have highlighted the incredible talents, hard work, and growth of our students. This festive lineup of celebrations is the perfect way to end the year on a high note, recognizing and applauding the remarkable journey our students have embarked on. Let’s come together to honour their successes and create lasting memories that will carry us into the next exciting chapter.
Our Year 6 Road Patrollers and Bus Monitors were treated to an exciting day at Baywave as a heartfelt thank you for their outstanding dedication and hard work this year. Their efforts in keeping our children safe have been truly commendable, and we are very proud of their amazing service they have provided to our school community.
To celebrate the end of the school year our year 5 & 6 Senior Students having a "Pool Party" at Dave Hume Pool today. Tomorrow Thursday 5th is "Mufti Day". We look forward to seeing all the children dressed in their favorite clothes. Don’t forget your gold coin donation!

We are gearing up to celebrate our Year 6 students at their Graduation on the 18th of December! The event will culminate with our Year 6 stars receiving their well-deserved graduation certificates.
Families of the students selected for the special cups will be contacted by staff ahead of the event. We look forward to seeing as many of you there as possible to share in this special occasion.
But the celebrations don’t stop there! Thanks to our fantastic POTS group, there will be an exciting evening event exclusively for the Year 6 students. They will enjoy "A Night Under the Stars" dinner and dance —a perfect way to cap off their primary school journey!
