This is a reminder to please notify us if your child is going to be absent from school for any reason.

The easiest way to do this is via the Hero App Home Page. Just click on Report an Absence. This is the quickest way to notify us if your child is going to be late or absent for the day.

Alternatively, you can email attendances@kaurilands.school.nz, phone and leave a message on the school answerphone 09 817 5645, text the school mobile 027 499 8647 or go through our website (on the home page there is a Report Absences online form). Please leave your child's name, room number and reason for absence.

If you have not reported your child's absence, you will receive a text from the school office stating that your child is absent, it is very important that you acknowledge this text and respond.  Our systems are only as good your involvement.  If you change your contact details please ensure the school is informed.
