This term we have been learning about plants, having a growth mindset and showing kindness.  We decided that a nice way to welcome our brand new buddy class to Kaurilands School would be by making them an Animal Garden to play with.  We each designed a plan for a garden and then we used those plans to create a real one.  We used plants, a mirror, animal toys, gemstones, soil and a worm or two.  

Hayley and our new friends in Room 17 loved their gift.  Aroha atu, aroha mai.
