This term in Room 24 we have been having some amazing opportunities for Developmental Play. Highlights have been transforming a huge amount of cardboard boxes into various things such as playhouses, cars and trains. We have had the giant bubble wand out in the sunshine creating humungous bubbles alongside a collection of other bubble making activities. This learning through play promotes collaboration between the students and imaginative play, and since all of the other classes in Year 2 have brought out other play opportunities, the cohort have been spending some great quality time getting to know one another!
