Kaurilands School had an awesome day at the interschool event coming third overall!  It was a dramatic day full of energy and excitement.  Nerves ran high for each event and even in the races we didn't win I was so proud of the sporting attitude demonstrated by our Kaurilands students.  That said there were lots and lots of events that we placed in.

Massive congratulations to the girls who placed:

 Edie - 3rd in the 100m 9 year old sprint

 Isabella - 2nd in the 100m 10 year old sprint

Ruby - 2nd in the 9 and under 800m, 1st in 9 and under high jump

Josie - 3rd in 800m 10 and over

Sapphire - 3rd in 10 and over girls high jump

Anabelle - 2nd in long jump 9 and under 

Isabella  - 3rd in long jump 9 and under. 

A massive shout out to the boys who placed:

August - 1st in the 60m sprint, 1st 100m 11yr and 3rd for long jump

Lennox - 3rd in 100m 10yr 

Teaan - 3rd in 100m 11yr and 2nd in the 60m 11 yr

 Vaden - 2nd 9 yr shot put and 2nd for long jump

Tommy - 3rd 9 yr high jump and 1st for long jump

and Teaan, Lennox, Ben and August for coming 3rd in the boys' relay.
