Our Rūma Tekau mā waru is in their 3rd week of school and already settling in so well!  This week our topic has focused on getting to know our Kaurilands School surroundings and values, building relationships, learning about routines and school life in general.  We have been lucky to have had some beautiful sunny afternoons so Room 18 made the most of it and borrowed some sports equipment for a bit of field play. This week we also went on little bush walks as we learnt about the school boundaries and various lunchtime activities they can choose to take part in. We have absolutely loved being able to explore the outdoors of this beautiful school.
