If your children are away from school and we have not been notified we will be contacting you and all your emergency contacts via text, phone, email and smoke signals until we are able to establish where children are. Please do not be offended by this, it is imperative we know at all times during the school week where our children are. There are several methods of notifying us: email attendance@kaurilands.school.nz, call 817-5645 and leave a message or text 027-4998647 with your child's name, room number and reason for absence, or you could pop in and tell us if you know in advance your children will not be here.
