On Thursday some enthusiastic Kaurilands Mathematicians took part in the Kōtuitui Mathex tournament.

Kaurilands had two teams of four participating in this event and were up against 14 other teams from other local primary schools.

This was such a fun event to watch.  The children were so excited, got to work collaboratively on some pretty challenging maths problems and raced against the other teams.  

Congratulations to our Kaurilands #1 Team who came first overall! Our second team also did very well.
