Kia ora e te whānau

What a crazy time it has been.  We are very much looking forward to getting closer to normality next week when we open school at Alert Level 2.  We have sent you information about this and there will be a further email sent later today.  The main message that I need to stress is please be patient!  School is still going to be quite different in some ways particularly around arriving at and leaving school each day.  We have been planning intensively over the last few weeks and while our plan is probably not perfect, we have done our very best to follow all guidelines from the Ministry of Health and Ministry of Education to keep our children and all of us safe.

Last Friday was an absolutely wonderful experience for all concerned.  What an incredible community you are, coming out to support us all as you did.  What a feel good factor!  I am sure all of Titirangi was aware Kaurilands staff were on the move with all the noise but it was so worthwhile to be able to see each other.  There are some fantastic photos here which have been shared with us by many families.  

We are really looking forward to seeing you all on Monday.  Have a safe weekend.
