If your child requires medication whilst at school please complete the attached Request to Administer Medication form. Hard copies are also available from Catalina in the Sick Bay.  We are unable to administer any medicatons to your child without a completed consent form. 

Also a reminder to pack a spare set of clothing in your child's bag. We only have a limited range of spare clothing available if they require a change of clothing during the school day. 

If your child has needed a change of clothes and has come home wearing clothes from the Sick Bay, please wash and return them to us so that we can re-use them for other children.

Please note Catalina, our Sick Bay Administrator, is not a nurse. She is first aid trained and does her utmost to look after all children. She cannot give medical advice and will refer you to your GP or, in the case of an accident, emergency services.
