The Hell Pizza Reading Challenge 2024

Some more of our tamariki have completed their Hell Pizza wheels. Kai pai! 

Students read seven books and answer a question or write a book review of each and they can get a free kids size Hell Pizza.

Audiobooks and Ebooks

The Kaurilands Eplatform is available for all students to listen to audiobooks and read eBooks. It has a wide variety of fantastic books to read and listen to including Levelled and Decodable Readers. The app can be downloaded on to all devices and then the ebooks or audiobooks can be downloaded before travelling.

Auckland Libraries Holiday Activities

If you are not going away for the holidays then Auckland Libraries have some fun and free activities to keep the kids busy. Check out their events website or the flyers below to see what's on at Glen Eden, Titirangi and New Lynn Libraries.

Kids can suggest books to buy

We have a new book in the Library where kids can write or glue a picture of the books they would like us to purchase for the Library. We also have an online google form to suggest a book too. Kids read more when they can choose their own books!
