In Rūma Rua we have been learning about different cultural patterns and in particular the kowhaiwhai pattern.  We have been working on our big Year 6 art installation.  We are completing the Matariki art display in the front of the senior classrooms.  Each child is also creating their own star for a mural that is accompanying the display.  Here are some images of our children working on that project.
