Over the past couple of weeks Rūma Arotahi (which means to focus) has spent time working together as a team.  One of our tasks was to venture into the bush and build a hut that could withstand a rainstorm. The tamariki (students) worked well together in listening to each other's ideas, collaborating and problem-solving.  Most huts were extremely successful in being waterproof and all students learned the value of teamwork!
