If you are collecting your children during the day for appointments and this runs into morning tea (11.00am - 11.30am) or lunchtime (1.00pm - 1.50pm) can you please ensure you collect them as near as possible to the start or finish of the breaks as we have no way of knowing where they will be during these times.  We have had quite a few parents had to wait half and hour or so until we can locate their children as they can be anywhere around the school grounds or even up at the field.
