Nestled in the leafy suburb of Titirangi, the Yoga West studio offers a space for everyone to take a deep breath and experience a little mindfulness in the midst of busy lives. Whether you are a seasoned yogi or someone who has never practised a day in their life, our doors and arms are always wide open.

You’ve most likely heard this before; yoga is good for the mind, body and soul and we couldn’t agree more! It not only keeps you active, improving flexibility, posture, muscle tone, breath and energy, it also helps with weight reduction and aids in maintaining a balanced metabolism. Given the day to day stressors that we face living in a big city, taking time out to practise yoga also has great mood boosting benefits as well as improving sleep, reducing stress, depression and anxiety. Here at Yoga West we are all about spreading the love and joy yoga can bring to your personal happiness without the intimidation. We offer classes and courses to fit all ages and levels – pregnancy yoga courses, yoga for mums and babies, kids yoga for after school, beginners courses and plenty of open classes including Vinyasa, Yin and Slow Flow.
