Kia ora e te whānau

Today we participated in Jump Jam 4 Star Jam.  We were taking part in this nationwide programme to support children with disabilities being able to attend performing arts programmes.  We don't know how much we raised yet but will let you know next week.  I was very proud of the entire school for their active participation and positive attitude to the messages which have been shared with them about Star Jam over the last week.  Our Year 6 student leaders did a great job explaining the purpose of Star Jam and answering many questions from our children.  

Next week is our very busy Book Week, Book Fair and Book Parade.  We look forward to seeing you all come along to support the Book Parade first thing on Wednesday morning and feel free to dress up along with your children!
