Every year our school holds an annual Quiz Night with silent and live auctions, a bar, food available, music and dancing. This is our biggest fundraiser for the year, usually raising between $15,000 and $25,000 for the school. The programme for the evening looks like this:

6.00pm - Doors open

7.00pm - Quiz starts

8.00pm - Live auction with items such as high value art pieces, family experiences and principal for the day

9.00pm to 10.00pm - DJ and dancing

There will be a bar, staffed by our senior leadership team, with a range of beverages available for the duration of the event.

Tickets are $30 per person or tickets for a table of 8 people can be purchased for $240.

This is always a great night out for our community and contributes hugely to the school fundraising requirements for the year. If you would like to attend this year, register your group through Kindo at www.mykindo.co.nz or at the school office.

In order to ensure our fundraising event is successful, we are asking local businesses to assist us with donations of products or services as auction items.

Do you have something you could offer up for auction? Here are some examples of auction items we have received for past events:

Products such as clothing, bags, shoes, outdoor furniture, food items, kids birthday cakes.

Services such as car servicing, hair salon or beauty treatment vouchers, home related services.

Experiences such as vouchers for restaurants or other family experiences. We’ve also had donations of a weekend away at a family holiday home.

In recognition of your donation, you will be acknowledged via on our sponsors screen at the event, on stage by our event MC, in the school newsletter and on our facebook page.

Respectfully, we turn down any used, or discounted items.
