Last week, nine of our school gymnasts attended the Auckland Champs Gymnastics Tournament. This event hosts the top gymnasts from sport clusters from all over Auckland and has many very talented gymnasts and future Olympians competing at it.

It was a very successful day for Kaurilands, with some excellent gym skills put on show by all of our participants. 

Congratulations to Isla, Sophia, Harper, Violet, Elijah, Kelsey, Phoebe, Ella and Coco for making the Auckland Champs team.

A special congratulations to Isla for placing 7th overall in Auckland (Year 4), to Elijah for placing 8th overall in Auckland (Year 5) and to Kelsey for placing 2nd overall in Auckland (Year 6). Our Year 6 girls team also placed 1st overall (Kelsey, Phoebe, Ella and Coco). I am so very proud of all our children.
