Dear families,

Thank you for your amazing support of the recent Scholastic Book Fair. It is very much appreciated, as is your continued support of the Scholastic Lucky Book Club throughout the year.

We sold almost $10,000 worth of books and gifts at the Scholastic Book Fair and as a result we have made $3,000 worth of rewards to spend on books and resources for the school.  An amazing amount!

As the school year draws to an end, our school library will be doing it’s annual stocktake of library books & resources. We would appreciate it if students and parents could please have a look around the house and hunt out any school library books. All books must be returned at the latest by Wednesday 2nd December.

After this we will be opening for our annual summer reading issuing for students to take 20 books home for the summer holidays. If you would like your child to sign up for it please email me at laurat@kaurilands.school.nz

If you missed out of the Book fair or would like to do some sneaky Xmas shopping without your kids knowing (just tick the Gift Option when you place your order) you can do so in the final Book Club issue 8 for this year. The brochures are available from the library or your child's class or you can order via the Scholastic Loop.

As Christmas is fast approaching, this issue will be a quick turnaround to ensure we receive the books before School finishes for the year orders placed by Friday 27th November

All books will be delivered to our school and distributed to the classrooms. Any orders you have ticked as Gifts, we will contact you when your books are ready to be collected from our Library. View latest brochure here.
