Kia ora Kaurilands whānau,

The Te Whānau Āwhina team have been busy bees organising lots of exciting initatives for this term. Here's a round up of what's happening this term:

• The Kaurilands Olympathon! This Olympathon will provide our tamariki with a challenge which will require some learning about the Olympic Games. Sign up, participate, raise some funds for some new spots equipment for our kura!

• We have a BAKE SALE on Monday 5th August. The Kaurilands Bake Sales are always incredible and we really appreciate the beautiful baking which comes in. Please bake generously over the weekend and drop into the foyer from 8.15am onwards.  You can purchase any of the baked goods both before and after school (if there's anything left!).

• New World sponsorship - Thanks to everyone who has been collecting their duplicate receipt and getting behind this, we will share an update with you on our first terms fundraising amount and details of where this money is going for the rest of the year.

• Quiz Night - Saddle up partners, the legendary Kaurilands Quiz Night returns on Saturday 14th September at the Titirangi RSA. Leave the kids at home and come out for Western themed night of quizzing, dancing and good times. Tickets on sale Monday - tables of 8 available and individual tickets available. Get in quick!
