For our Inquiry, Rūma 14 have been learning about Kaitiakitanga: caring for our environment. After our Year 1 trip to the Zero Waste Centre, we had a go at sorting (very well cleaned!) rubbish into Recycle, Reuse, Rubbish (landfill), Soft Plastics and Compost (using toy fruit and vege 'scraps').
