This term Rūma Whitu has loved hanging out with our Year 1 Buddy Class!

It has been a wonderful experience for everyone to get to know each other and have fun together. We have learnt many new waiata, played a lot of fun games, and the older kids have been helping the Year 1s with their reading, spelling and letter sounds.

It has been great to witness the supportive and caring attitudes that Room 7 has shown towards their new little buddies, and it’s been awesome watching Room 16 keep up with the boisterousness of the Year 4s!
