This is our congratulatory section to highlight the amazing achievements of the children who attend our school.

Noah from Rūmā Whitu  received player of the day  at Waitemata Rugby for showing fantastic sportsmanship on the day.  Way to go Noah!

Riley from Rm 17 had a Cheerleading competition at the weekend where she won 2nd prize - look at that fabulous medal - well done Riley!

Elena  (Rōpū Waru) and Lila's  (Room 9) team the Mystix Unicorns won bronze medals in Level 1 Elite Cheerleading at the Olympia Competition held at the North Shore Events Centre over the weekend. It was a two day competition.  Fantastic effort girls.  

Ruby, Maeya and Milla all from Rōpū Tahi, made the netball final for their netball team last Saturday what a proud combination they are.

Five of our Kaurilands girls sat their Grade 2 Ballet Exam at Waitakere City School of Dance. They are:  Indiya  Rm 18, Willow Rm 17,  Tessa Rm 13, Elisa  Rm 30,  Isabel Rm 13.  Well done girls!

Kaurilands Flames won the Junior School B Grade Red for Kaurilands School . Coach Sarrah couldn't be more pleased!  Well done to the entire team who won both games on final day to finish top of the table! A special shout out to Elise Senio who broke her arm while dedicating herself to the ball 3weeks ago.  Go girls!

Beatrix from Rm 11 sat her grade 2 ballet exam in early August!

Sophie  from room 15 got the results of her Lyrical Dance exam and she passed with Merit Plus.  Way to go Sophie!

Kaurilands stars: Massive effort by a bunch of amazing young ladies. The Kaurilands stars pulled off their first competition victory of the season.  It was an amazing game with superstars all over the court, it was a true team effort with massive amount of energy and committment showed by every player and hence the player of day and moment of awesomeness went to the entire team: Lucy , Abby , Jenna, Lilliana, Charlotte, Annika, Maeva, Ella, Poppy and  Bianca - Rockstars one and all!  

Mika from Rm 25 sat her Jazz ballet exam on Tuesday - looking good Mika!
