Look at this gorgeous face and some of the other children who dressed up for Juno's fundraiser for endangered animals further in the newsletter!  Pretty amazing for a 5 year old to get this happening!  Term 3 is whizzing by so quickly we're already at the end of Week 4!

On Monday (21st August) Ruma Kowhai opens for our next new entrant class.  A warm welcome to new teacher Catriona Pianina and all the new children and families who will be starting school in the coming weeks.

Welcome also to Zac Riddell who will be teaching in Room 17 for the rest of 2017 as Jill Larbey has retired.  We thank Jill for 30 years of dedication and input into her students and the environment of our school.  Jill has been our environment team leader for many years and has inspired our children to care of their world.  Jill will be missed by us all and her legacy is powerfully visible in our environmental practices.
