Well done & Congrats to our amazing students:

The School Office —

See below for our awesome students' achievements.

Ponsonby Kelston Stallions under 10 under 39kg, featuring Dylan and Anthony from Rōpū Toru  and Kylen  Rm 15.  They played last weekend in very stormy conditions in a 2 day tournament and narrowly lost the final 15-10 against Pakuranga plus they had no subs in the final game. They all played amazingly and Kylen was playing 2 grades up. The under 12 side featuring past Kaurilands kids also came second in their grade for Ponsonby.  Fantastic effort guys!!

Xavier from Room 10 recently had his League club prizegiving. He became a 5 year Stags player, received a medal for scoring over 200 points in tries and his U9 team won most promising team!  Go Xavier!

Vaden  from Room 26 won the "Sportmanship Award" for under 6's at New Lynn Stags Rugby League in the weekend. He also got a medal for scoring over 100 points for the season - well done Vaden - from a very proud mummy!

Well done to Arabella  (Rm 26) for coming second in her dance Jazz Duo, Follow Your Dreams competition.

Alisha from Rm 12 was asked to show Mrs Augustine her story from her writing book for which she received a Principal sticker.  Well done Alisha.

Pictured are the Grade 2 Jazz girls at Auckland Academy of Dance after their exam last Wednesday featuring one of our Kaurilands girls - Lucy from Rōpū Whitu.  They were all really happy with how they did and are eagerly awaiting their results.  Everyone  is very proud  of them!!

Lily (Rm 7/8)  passed her NZAMD Contemporary Prep exam with Distinction!!! ❤️❤️❤️ She studies at Rhythm 'n' Steps Dance Academy, the best dance academy in the universe.  What an awesome achievement!  Lillian's mum and dad are so proud of their  little dancer!

Lily from Rōpū Toru participated in the 22nd GJ Gardner Homes Whangamata Run Walk Festival on Saturday 9th September. She ran a 10km Marathon with her Nana. This was Lily's 1st time and both Lily and her Nana did really well, Lily placed 2nd in the Under 12's and her Nana placed 2nd in another age category. Such a super effort and achievement!  Fantastic both Lily and Nana.
