Tuesday 29th May

On Tuesday 29th of May Kaurilands School will be holding an information evening about Mathematics and how you can best support your child at home.  We are lucky to have Lucie Cheesman from Maths Matters NZ, who will be sharing her expertise.

The areas covered include:

• How mathematics is taught now

• Characteristics of an effective mathematician

• Problem Solving

• Helpful and practical ideas to support your child at home

• A range of workshops showing you how you can support your child

The information evening will be from 6:30 - 8:30pm and will be held in the hall.  Tea, coffee and biscuits will be also be provided.
