Our Year 1 classes had a fantastic trip to Te Uru Art Gallery! It was a wonderful opportunity to explore and connect with our local community through art, particularly in relation to our pepeha. We explored nature-inspired ideas connected to Te Wao Nui o Tiriwa, which translates to The Great Forest of Tiriwa. Our artwork is on display in the Year 3 and Year 4 corridor.
