Important - please read

This year we are having Whānau/Teacher Meetings  as detailed below:

These will run from 3.10 to 8.00pm on Thursday 22nd February only for the following Rooms - 

8a, Ahi Kaa, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 29 and 30.  These are stand alone rooms.

For the collaborative classes - as these have double the children the interview times will be available over two days - 3.10 - 8.00pm on Thursday 22nd and Friday 23rd February - for the following classes:

Rōpū Tahi (Rms 1 & 2), Rōpū Toru (Rms 3 & 3), Rōpū Rima (Rms 5 & 6), Rōpū Whitu (Rms 7 & 8), Staffroom, Ruma Kowhai and Rōpū Iwa (Rms 27 & 28) 

We have had great feedback recently from our Board that it would be fantastic if we could offer 10 minute slots for each family to meet their child's teacher/teachers.  We want to find out information from you and give you the opportunity to share information with us early in the year.  (If you have spent a lot of time already talking to your child's teacher, don't feel you have to come along - it is up to you!)

It is up to each family as to whether or not you bring your children to the meetings.  Later in the year we will be offering student led conferences which the children will be integrally involved in.
