Waitakere School is hosting Growing Resilient & Capable Kids as this is an area which they would like to explore with their parent community.  Alex Jelas has worked with KidsLink to specifically deliver messages that would appeal to teachers and families.

We welcome all schools and their parents to join us if this is something of interest.

KidsLink have two fantastic speakers with many years experience working with children and teenagers – in particular in the areas of Assessing/Anxiety/Behavioural/Grief/self confidence etc...

Elaine West from Indigo/Capable Kids & Families and Nola Forsyth from The Grief Centre.

They will deliver 3 top tips as take home messages to use in the classroom or in the home.  We strictly ask our speakers that we do not want a sales pitch but useful information that can be used tomorrow.
