Kia ora e te whānau

A huge thank you to all who were involved in sponsoring and supporting us at the Colour Run! This was a fantastic event involving all our children and many of you too! I've loved seeing so many children around school wearing washed Colour Run T-shirts this week - I've got one too, the new fashion item at Kaurilands School! It was a lot of fun watching parents running around bombarding their own and other children with water and colour and generally having a great time. I was so proud of all our children for taking part so enthusiastically. We will have a total figure for you of what was raised hopefully by the next newsletter. Huge thanks to Te Whānau Āwhina for organising this event alongside Erin, you are an amazing team!

Thank you for all your generous donations of Easter items for our Easter raffles - these were made up into 50 prizes so they went a long way! 

I am very proud of our 20 student leaders selected for 2024. This was an extremely tough decision with 50 fantastic applicants. Congratulations to the new team and we look forward to seeing you in action around the school. 

I hope you all have a very safe and restful Easter break. We will see you back at school on Wednesday 3rd April.
