Wow.... just wow!!!!  As a community we raised over $52,000 for the school this year through Te Whānau Āwhina (aka the PTA). Thank you all for helping make this happen especially all the volunteers, donors and people who came to our events or purchased items.

Special thanks to the following people who organised or assisted with coordinating specific events: Leesa West Brewer (movie day, discos and sun screen), Carol Beech (bakes sales, photo frames and ice blocks), Jodi Livesey (bake sales), Trinette Giborees-Smith (samosas), Jeanene and Graham Barclay (quiz night), Anna Charles (Christmas decorations) Nancy (calendars), Gillian Howard (smelly pens, photos and for far far more than words can say), Luanna Brunt (photos and all the work in the accounts office), Jackie, Carron, Heather and Nancy Robinson - who has left but still helps out! (for supporting everything we did in the office) and Christoph Thurner, Sandra, Peta and Karen Topps (for cooking what must have felt like a zillion sausages every Tuesday).  Also a massive thank you to Mrs Augustine and Whaea Jackie for all their support and advice. You are all amazing and we wouldn't have raised this amount without you. Thank you also to our partners and friends who looked after our children while all our volunteers spent a lot of time putting it all together.

As Te Whānau Āwhina has now finished our work for this year, we wish you and your family a safe and wonderful Christmas and holiday season.
