News from the Sick Bay

If your child requires medication whilst at school please complete the attached Request to Administer Medication form. Hard copies are also available from Catalina in the Sick Bay. 

We are unable to administer any medications to your child without a completed consent form. 

Also a reminder to pack a spare set of clothing in your child's bag. We only have a limited range of spare clothing available if they require a change of clothing during the school day.
