News from Room 9b

Rūma Iwa B did Dig In last Monday. We love Dig In!

During Dig In we learn about the full food cycle - planting, harvesting, and cooking. Every session, half of us spend some time in the kitchen and the other half in the garden. In this week's session, the cooks made pumpkin soup and bread rolls and the gardeners planted succulents and tidied our school gardens. 

We love coming together at the end to share the kai we made!
