Isaiah & Noa from Room 21 share their good work with Mrs Augustine

by Jo Augustine

Wow - so much wonderful learning happening in the classrooms this term, very exciting!  Welcome to all of our new students who have started in  Term 2 and of course parents, we look forward to working with your children.  As you can see from these two happy faces, the children love to visit and show off their work and I really love to see what they are doing in the classroom.

End of an era for Kaurilands Library

by Scholastic

Our wonderful Librarian Judith Menzies will be retiring at the end of Term 2.   After 23  years working as the Librarian at Kaurilands School Judith is hanging up her books and her last day will be Friday 7th July.   We will sorely miss Judith and wish her all the very best in her retirement, she is going to be busy with her hobby - quilting and sewing - she makes the most beautiful quilts and we wish her many happy days doing what she loves most (apart from reading that is).  See attached article from Scholastic about Mrs Menzies.

Navigating digital waters has never been trickier. Common Sense Media are our TOP recommendation to parents figuring out which apps are suitable for primary aged children.
