Did You Know?

Our Library is open every day from 8.30am and after school until 3.30pm. We are open every lunchtime for reading, issuing and returning books, chess, card games, Lego, drawing and Hell Pizza Wheel clicking.

Eplatform Decodable Readers & Levelled Readers

Every Kaurilands student has free access to online decodable and levelled readers through the Kaurilands Eplatform. There are fiction and non-fiction books to work through plus worksheets and games.

All Kaurilands students have a login:

Usernames are First name.First two letters of surname eg Joe.Bl

Reading Recommendations

We love our children reading and sometimes we like to tempt them to branch out and read something new. The Books for Topics website has fantastic booklists and book recommendations for kids, check them out here.

Hell Pizza Wheels

Below are some of our awesome students who have completed their Hell Pizza Wheels so far this term!  Students read seven books and answer a question, or write a book review of each, and they earn a free kids size Hell Pizza. We are very proud of them! The Hell Pizza Wheels will be running until the end of this year so there is still plenty of time to start one!

Lunchtime Librarians

We couldn't run our Library at lunchtime without the help of our wonderful student librarians. Edie and Otis are a fantastic help in the Library, and they have completed their bronze level library skills training. Congratulations to them!
