Otago Open Table Tennis Championships

On the 23rd and 24th July, three boys from year seven competed in the 2021 Otago Open Table Tennis championships, alongside some older Kavanagh pupils in higher age group events. 

In the Under 13 age group, Liam Davis, Ben Davis and Joseph Tupai (all from 7DGR) played well across singles and doubles events. Liam claimed second place in the Under 13 boys singles plate event and participated in a two-day South Island Training camp prior to the competition.

Well done on your positive attitudes and focus on the table, boys.
