Congratulations to Rosa Berry Vaughan on being this year’s Kavanagh College recipient for the Certificate of Excellence in the 2020 Celebrate Art Show.

Celebrate Art is an annual art show held by the Otago Art Teachers’ Association to celebrate and reward a top art student from each school in Otago.

Rosa’s entry was a figurative painting that is part of a larger series of art works exploring how people interact and build relationships with others and the urban environment in which they move and negotiate each day. She explores how these relationships change in conjunction with the constantly changing cityscape.
