In addition to the guest speaker coming to talk to our students, we have an event for parents and caregivers as well.

The attached flyer advertises an online safety event being presented by the people at Linewize who we use for assistance with navigation of the online world. It is tonight at 7 pm in the Kavanagh College auditorium. 

This event is open to all of our Kāhui Ako community in an effort to support you as parents so that you can support your children in this digital age. It is quite sobering as parents to realise how the digital landscape is changing so quickly and how easily all types of content is accessed by young people at the end of their arm. We would love to see you there tonight.
