The Board of Trustees has been advised by the PPTA of their intention to hold a one-day national strike combined with the Primary School Teachers on Wednesday 29th May

This strike action may also be called off by the PPTA & NZEI and we ask that you listen to media reports. If the Strike action is averted, we will email parents.

While the school is officially open for instruction it is impossible to continue classes in the absence of the majority of staff.

All Dunedin Schools have been given this date of Wednesday 29th May.

We will be able to provide some support and supervision for students if required. Please advise the school office in by 9.00am on Monday 27th May if you wish to use this supervision.

Please note that the Bus companies have advised us that there will be no buses running on this strike day and that the school canteen will also not be operating on this day.

We hope that this situation can be resolved as soon as possible.
