On Sunday 9th August three Kavanagh College students, Oliver Lodge, Monique Hollis-Pye and Holly Uluakiola all competed in the annual Otago Secondary School Cross Country Champs held at Chisholm Park Golf Course

Oliver competed very well finishing 4th in the U14 Boys 3km with a time of 12:24. Monique, competing in her first event, finished 10th in a time of 16:40 and Holly, in her last ever secondary school cross country, finished 5th in a time of 22:36 in the U19 Girls 4km.
